Store Operations Manager

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure that the store runs effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, requiring a long-term commitment to the role.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours: The working hours are 35 hours per week, providing a good work-life balance.
