Store Operations Manager

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform purchasing decisions and drive sales.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
