Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our team at GULLIVERS TRAVEL (PVT) LTD. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance to customers.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Asset Languages:
  • Hindi.
  • Urdu.
Work Setting:
  • Travel agency.
  • Travel and tourism.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Outlook.
  • Travel software packages.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
