Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at BH Food Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, managing office procedures, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and proofreading documents.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
