Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECE Assistant to join our team at County Place Early Learning and Care Centre. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support early childhood educators in planning and implementing engaging child-care programs.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Child development assistant (ECE level 1) certification.
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variety of tasks, including repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
