  • 2+ years of sales experience at a high-end retailer
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving individual sales targets and inspiring others to achieve their goals
  • Developing and expanding the customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales
  • Implementing and managing the boutique's community outreach program
  • Maintaining effective communications with the Store Manager
  • Motivating the team and building positive morale to drive results
  • Delivering operational excellence in all store processes
