Chief Nursing Officer

At CLevelCrossing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current active practicing registration with CRNM.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in nursing leadership or management.
- Experience in geriatric nursing and healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
