Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Flooring For Less. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and other visual presentation tasks to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
