Retail Store Manager

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store profitability.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
