Job Title: Lead Risk Management Professional - Global Capital Markets

As a Lead Risk Management Professional in our Global Capital Markets team, you will play a key role in supporting the VP Client Regulatory and KYC Operations in the delivery of the KYC refresh program.

In this position, you will take ownership of challenges related to refresh processes, ensuring internal stakeholders and colleagues are treated with respect, empathy, and integrity, contributing to good working relationships. You will also conduct effective oversight, ensuring accurate and consistent processes/controls are in place to minimize operational errors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the VP to deliver a successful KYC Refresh Program
  • Taking ownership of challenges related to refresh processes
  • Conducting effective oversight to ensure accurate and consistent processes/controls

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 3-5 years prior experience in a financial institution operations environment, preferably in Capital Markets operations
  • Strong AML and Compliance regulatory knowledge, with the ability to handle multiple high-visibility projects
  • Previous experience in a people manager role, managing productive high-performing teams

You will also possess strong analytical, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure, in a team environment. Additionally, you will have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
