Job Title: Farm Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our team at Canada Farm Supermarket Ltd. in Anglais.

Job Description:Job Summary

The Farm Labourer will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop harvesting, greenhouse maintenance, and farm operations. This is a temporary position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain crops, greenhouses, and farm equipment
  • Harvest and process fruits and vegetables
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Perform weeding and fertilizing tasks
  • Load and unload crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Requirements
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Will to learn and train
Work Environment

The Farm Labourer will work in a fast-paced farm environment with exposure to various weather conditions. Staff accommodation is available on site.
