Job Title: Farm Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Labourer to join our team at CANADA FARM SUPERMARKET LTD. as a key member of our farming operations.

Work Environment:

Fruit and vegetable combination farming

Work Setting:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean the crops
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Hand harvesting vegetables
  • Harvest seedlings
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
  • Seed cutting
  • Weeding
  • Clean work area
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Physical Demands:

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
