Internal Audit is responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and corporate governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of risk management and control processes.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with management and staff to implement audit findings and recommendations.
- Provide advisory services to support the development and implementation of risk management and control processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and internal audit.
Requirements:
- Professional certification in internal audit or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
