Job Title: Cashier Supervisor

Join o/a Max 11 Convenience Store as a Cashier Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cashiers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop the skills of our cashiers to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Sales and Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cashiers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
