Retail Store Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. O/A Smoke & Vape 82 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations and meet sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to meet changing store needs.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable standing for extended periods and walking throughout the store.
