About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Element Business Development Inc. as a Bicycle Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide expert advice on our bicycle products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest bicycle models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process sales and returns, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing sales trends, customer needs, and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
