About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Element Business Development Inc. as a Bicycle Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide expert advice on our bicycle products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process transactions, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support other sales team members as needed.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales, build relationships with customers, and promote our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.
