Job Summary

Dorman Products is a pioneering global organization offering an always-evolving catalog of automotive, heavy-duty and specialty vehicle products. We are committed to empowering our Contributors to make a meaningful impact on the business.

This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and awareness of Dorman Products through distribution in support of the area business plan achievement. You will be the primary contact for jobbers and technicians, and secondary contact to warehouse distributors and retailers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability in your assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support trade show representation, customer training, and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize store inventories, communicate promotions, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Expand marketing material distribution and new product announcements to assist customers.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time, including weekend travel as needed.
  • Capability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Working conditions include moderate noise levels.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
