- Provide supervision and guidance to staff
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
- Identify the types of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations
