Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project site work processes, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely communication.
- Oversee project performance, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to junior superintendents, project coordinators, and field engineers to ensure effective project execution.
- Minimum college diploma in civil engineering or equivalent construction industry experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisor experience in the construction industry, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Experience in health and safety, quality control, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
