Job Description
">This role involves working in a stimulating environment focused on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the segregation of fully paid securities from other securities to maintain a high level of security and compliance.">
- Analyze daily segregation deficiencies and implement remediation measures within regulatory deadlines.">
- Manage buy-ins for Canadian and U.S. brokers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.">
- Apply regulatory rules, such as Rule 204 of Regulation SHO, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.">
- Issue notices of redemption and complete redemptions within prescribed time frames, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.">
- Collaborate with key partners to ensure operational and regulatory standards are met, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent and four years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.">
- A strong interest in regulation, securities, and capital markets.">
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, an asset.">
- Proficiency with ISM tools (OSS), MAX/Arrow, AS400, CDS, and DTC, an asset.">
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize complex information.">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
