L'organisation exo recherche un Analyste financier - Performance pour rejoindre son équipe de direction. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de travailler dans un environnement varié et dynamique, où vous pourrez développer vos compétences en analyse financière et planification.


Responsabilités



  • Participer aux processus budgétaires mensuels et annuels de la direction exécutive;
  • Analyser les écarts budgétaires et produire des analyses d'impacts sur les activités;
  • Présenter les résultats aux responsables de budget et obtenir les explications de variations basées sur les analyses produites;
  • Supporter les responsables de budget dans l'évaluation de leurs besoins, des risques/opportunités et des répercussions financières de leurs décisions;

Compétences et aptitudes



  • Démontrer de fortes aptitudes pour la collaboration et pour le travail d'équipe;
  • Détenir un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse;
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie et d'initiative;
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et avoir le souci du détail et de l'organisation;
  • Connaître les meilleures pratiques de suivi et de prévisions budgétaires;

Conditions de travail


Emploi régulier à temps plein, soit 37,5 heures par semaine, au siège social de l'organisation exo.


Langue de travail


Le français.
