Senior Business Partner, Health Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team at Alberta Innovates. As a Senior Business Partner, you will play a key role in leading and managing programs within the Health Platforms portfolio, working closely with stakeholders to identify and catalyze opportunities for collective impact and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the management of program(s), including mapping the critical path, ensuring completion of activities and outcomes, and identifying and managing resources.
- Lead the evaluation and facilitation of investments, creating value-add linkages and partnerships to achieve and maximize potential outcomes and impacts.
- Act as a resource to stakeholders, overcoming challenges and barriers they may encounter.
- Develop program(s), including identifying stakeholders, performing needs assessments, and gathering information to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related and/or business program.
- 5-7 years of experience in a research and innovation administration environment.
- Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of the health and innovation environment in Alberta.
- Knowledge of emerging health technologies, strategies, and policies.
