About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 11391119 Canada Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate and manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support administrative staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Technology Management: Manage and maintain company technology systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of company assets, including confidential information, equipment, and personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other productivity software.
  • Language: English.
