Data Management and Systems Integration Manager

This is a key leadership position within the Jansen program, responsible for leading the digital information and data management service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management and systems integration, with experience in implementing BHP standards and systems.
The role will involve developing and integrating a high-performing team to ensure seamless handover and transition into Operations. This will include developing and adhering to project information management principles, processes, and systems, as well as integrating multiple sources of project information to drive accurate capture of project information across the project's life cycle.
The Manager will also be responsible for using, storing, classifying, assessing, and processing data/metadata in alignment with BHP's standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity, and governance. Additionally, they will develop and communicate insights that guide data-driven action and decision making, with a focus on assuring completeness of data and readiness for handover.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or a similar field, with proficiency in key BHP Projects and Potash Engineering and Information management systems. They will also have experience with KPI definition and management, as well as highly skilled in running continuous improvement cycles/projects.
