Overview:
Malibu Events Promotions is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and promote our products in-store. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service while driving sales. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. * Provide product knowledge and assistance, ensuring customers receive excellent service. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting counts. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. * Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. * Previous retail or customer service experience is also a plus but required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
