Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for merchandising our awesome brands in a way that will lead to a future with more cheers.

This is an entry-level, full-time contract position that includes the use of a company vehicle and the opportunity to grow within a leading beer company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support customer promotions by building product and marketing displays
  2. Assist at events such as concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launch parties, trade shows, etc.
  3. Ensure all merchandising tools and promotional materials are being improved across our sales channels
  4. Support various regional sales and marketing activations
  5. Attend, run, and participate in brand experience promotions
  6. Develop route-to-market plans for our clients (restaurants, bars, and large retail stores)
  7. Build and maintain relationships with Labatt's extensive network of customers
  8. Maintain accountability to a portfolio of customers and conduct in-person merchandising visits

Salary of $45,000/year

Bonus potential of $4,000

Requirements
  • Full, unrestricted driver's license
  • Available to work full-time on a flexible schedule
  • Post-secondary education (mandatory)
  • Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships
  • Interested in learning about sales from the ground up
  • Not afraid to put in the work to grow and be successful
  • Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment
  • Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize
  • Previous customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry, and/or sales experience is an asset
