About the Role:

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile projects, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Agile ceremonies such as User Story Grooming sessions, Sprint Retros, Sprint Planning, and Daily Stand-Up meetings.
  2. Provide servant leadership to teams, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  3. Coach the development team on Scrum principles and values, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  4. Assess and coach the team to higher levels of performance, tracking acceleration metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Guide the development team on integrating Agile ceremonies and values into daily work, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques.
  3. 2+ years of working experience with Salesforce Software Development (SDLC).
  4. 5+ years of experience with Jira & Confluence.
  5. Previous experience delivering large-scale Agile project implementation (Scrum and Kanban methodologies).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • FI experience.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) is an asset.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related IT field required.
