About the Role:

  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in French and English
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key account managers and customers
  • Create and follow up on ongoing cases in an efficient manner
  • Manage all channels of customer communication (phone, fax, or email)
  • Accurately update customer accounts pertaining to case resolution
  • Provide support to the Office of the President and Legal with UEI inquiries

About You:

  • You have a growth mindset and are dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with our company
  • You possess post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • You are proficient in French and English, both written and verbal
  • You have experience utilizing influencing skills in up-selling/cross-selling
  • You have strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • You are organized and able to balance workload, meet commitments, and set priorities
