Toronto Infotech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and establishing and balancing various accounts.

The ideal candidate will have Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year experience in bookkeeping. Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
  • Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements
  • Posting journal entries
  • Preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Preparing tax returns

Toronto Infotech Inc offers a Permanent position with 35 hours per week. Benefits include Dental plan and Health care plan.
