Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to join our team at Khinda Construction Ltd. in full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, excellent organizational and communication skills.
Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a $55,000 - $65,000 per year salary, paid by employer learning/training opportunities, free parking available, and a permanent full-time position.
