We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Hanahreum Mart Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff
Lead and mentor a team of cashiers, stages hands, and design team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient cash handling processes.
Cash Handling and ManagementAuthorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records to ensure the security and integrity of our cash handling processes.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that customers have access to the products they need.
Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support.
