Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Head Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cash handling process, supervising cashiers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash handling processes, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions
- Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash handling area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or cash handling environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
