Head Cashier

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Head Cashier to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a cash handling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
