At Liberty Utilities, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Automation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement automation solutions using Terraform and other tools to streamline infrastructure management.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments, including Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, identifying opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and security.
- Provision, configure, and monitor Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
- Implement security measures and manage access controls in Azure.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to assess short and long-term server capacity requirements.
- Work with vendors, business users, and other resources to assess and understand technologies and develop proposed beneficial technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with established configuration and organizational change policies.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and respond to outages related to server infrastructure and services.
- Experience with Azure DR and Backup, Azure Monitoring, and Azure Policies.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills to work with business partners from diverse backgrounds and technical abilities.
