About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Discovery Program as a Sales and Marketing Rotational Program participant. This 18-month program is designed to develop your sales, marketing, and leadership skills, while providing you with a deep understanding of ABB's products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a rotational program with three different rotations focused on developing sales, marketing, and leadership skills
  • Complete the rotational program with Electrification Smart Buildings, enhancing your knowledge of sustainable electrification solutions and products
  • Attend a global orientation program with all other Discovery Program participants, designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking
  • Engage with ABB leaders, including rotation managers and mentors, to develop technical and leadership skills
  • Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including webinars
  • Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment
Qualifications
  • Completed university studies before the start of the program
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites
