Job Summary:

This role will involve leading review and coordination of internal and external audits or examinations in support of various business groups across the Bank.

You will provide oversight and management of concurrent and complex audits, ensuring timely completion for multiple exam topics relating to third-party risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert on internal/external audits and exams, providing planning, risk assessment, and execution expertise for high-complexity projects.Coordinate and manage audit and exam activities, aligning them across multiple areas and executing timely responses to audit or exam information requests.Provide ongoing communication and reporting with the first line, vendor management teams, and leadership regarding status, potential issues, and recommendations.Guide and challenge responses and artefacts provided prior to submission to internal audit or TD exam management team, obtaining timely reviews and approvals from stakeholders (e.g., 1st line, 2nd line, vendor Management, Technology, regulatory exam teams).Develop and manage remediation and action plans in response to findings arising from internal audits and regulatory reviews, adhering to established standards.Stay current on emerging trends and evolving regulatory requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements to senior management to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
