Beekeeper's Naturals is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Associate to support our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce orders, forecasting product inventory, and tracking all inbound orders and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare all orders for e-commerce customers (e.g. Amazon, Walgreens) and provide labels for products and final packaging
- Forecast product inventory and advise on at-risk products due to low inventory levels
- Track, identify, and report on shrink or missing inventory
- Open tickets to dispute short shipment claims and collect all required documents
- Create and manage order spreadsheets to track all inbound orders, inventory levels, and report delays in receiving
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working in retailer portals such as Amazon, Walmart, and Walgreens (preferred)
- Order processing experience (an asset)
- Experience with Netsuite (or other ERP's) (a strong asset)
- Experience tracking and reporting inventory
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Docs
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
