- Responsible for rent collection, cheque posting, and application of money to tenant accounts
- Liaise with tenants and accounting regarding accounts receivable matters
- Report weekly on status of account receivables
- Review monthly recurring billings
- Process invoices and related reports within Yardi
- Maintain PO tracker logs
- Distribute correspondence to tenants and tenant database management
- Assist with preparation for the annual budget process
- Prepare rental letters
- High level of administrative experience with financial acumen
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- General accounting knowledge
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi software programs an asset
