The Senior Property Manager will oversee a large operational team including Reception & Administration and Guest Experience with a particular emphasis on Tenant / Guest Relations. This includes:

Tenant / Guest Relations:
  • Responding to and addressing daily inquiries regarding the property's policies and procedures;
  • Being involved in industry associations and community initiatives;
  • Effectively managing tenant relationships through responsive, diplomatic, and decisive interactions;
  • Coordinating communication efforts with tenants before, during, and after changes or updates to the property.
Guest Experience / Employee Engagement
  • Leading and directing property teams to ensure alignment with property objectives;
  • Conducting regular property inspections to maintain high standards;
  • Fostering employee engagement and hospitality programs to deliver a consistent brand experience;
  • Ensuring Guest Experience initiatives align with property objectives and national programs;
  • Liaising between property departments to facilitate clear communication.
Property / Office Administration
  • Addressing escalated legal and receivables issues with respective departments;
  • Mentoring the Reception Administrator and supporting related functions;
  • Collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager as required;
  • Coordinating financial matters with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Administration.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business);
  • At least 5 years of commercial property management experience;
  • Industry designations considered an asset (e.g., CPM, RPA);
  • Retail operations/property management experience an asset;
  • Proven people leadership skills and experience managing a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
