We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Bhai Bala Finishing & Carpentry Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and layout building plans in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a sturdy and secure structure.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate and schedule work on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various settings.
- Criminal record check required.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to relocate for work assignments.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 30-40 hours per week of work.
