Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de Bruyère en tant qu'analyste financier, où vous contribuerez à notre mission d'améliorer la qualité de vie de nos patients et de nos résidents. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des états financiers mensuels, des rapports généraux et des vérifications externes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire et les équipes de Bruyère pour atteindre nos objectifs.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer les états financiers mensuels basés sur les exigences internes et externes.
  • Fournir des conseils et des recommandations pour améliorer les processus financiers.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de Bruyère pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers et du processus d'audit de fin d'année.
  • Aider à la préparation des soumissions trimestrielles obligatoires à Santé Ontario et au Ministère de la santé (MOH).
  • Faciliter la préparation du rapport de consolidation des hôpitaux en fin d'année.

Qualifications requises

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires.
  • Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe.
  • Connaissance de la comptabilité générale, des lignes directrices du système d'information de gestion (MIS / OHRS) et des structures organisationnelles des hôpitaux.
  • Compétences informatiques avancées, notamment en ce qui concerne la suite Microsoft Office et les systèmes financiers.

  • Esprit d'initiative et autonomie démontrés.
  • Sens de l'organisation, capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter les délais.
  • Capacité supérieure à organiser, analyser et évaluer des données, tant sur le plan quantitatif que qualitatif.
  • Bonne connaissance des grands systèmes informatisés d'information financière.
  • Connaissance des services et programmes hospitaliers.
  • Connaissance des comptes et de la structure organisationnelle de l'hôpital.
  • Connaissance supérieure d'Excel ou d'outils d'analyse et de reporting équivalents.
  • Bonnes aptitudes verbales et écrites.
  • Connaissance des principes comptables.
  • Familiarité avec le travail au sein d'une organisation comportant plusieurs entités comptables.
  • Connaissance pratique des analyses financières, comptables et d'audit approfondies.
