About the Role

Fabmec Inc. is seeking a skilled Design Draftsperson to join our team in the field of architecture and engineering. As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings and designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Develop and maintain detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project requirements
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
  • Prepare and present designs to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architecture, engineering, or drafting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
