We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal health outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on self-management and injury prevention
Requirements:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current registration with the College of Health Care Professionals of BC
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
