About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Co-op/MDF Specialist to join our team at 360insights. As a Co-op/MDF Specialist, you will be responsible for processing Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Co-op Advertising Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Apply Co-op Advertising Policies and Procedures in a detailed and consistent manner
  • Scan and upload documentation as required
  • Review and process Pre-Approvals and Co-op advertising claims
  • Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
  • Be proactive in problem-solving and maintain high standards of quality
  • Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

Requirements:

  • High-quality business communication skills - written and verbal
  • Detailed-oriented with ability to apply logic to grey areas
  • Working knowledge of percentages
  • Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset
