Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Oversee and manage projects, developing comprehensive plans to meet technical and product objectives effectively.

Market Analysis:
Evaluate technology trends, resource requirements, and market opportunities to strategize and assess the viability of new initiatives.

Recruitment:
Attract and hire top-notch software engineers, assembling a team of outstanding talent.

Technical Guidance:
Direct a diverse team focused on high-impact, full-stack projects, encouraging innovation and the safe deployment of new functionalities.

Collaborative Engagement:
Partner closely with product, design, legal, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive Experience: Over 8 years in software development, with a profound understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Proven Track Record: More than 5 years in software testing and product launches, including at least 3 years in software design and architecture.
  • Technical Proficiency: Over 5 years of experience with Javascript (NodeJS, React, React Native), Postgres, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity, with a background in leading project teams and establishing technical direction.
