Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at A.S Khurana and Associates Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
