The Strategy & Operations Legal Team at Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel, Real Estate & Procurement to support the bank's corporate real estate and procurement legal matters across the enterprise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including:

  • Real estate transactions and negotiations
  • Procurement agreements and contracts
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Development and implementation of legal strategies

You will be working closely with the Strategy & Operations Legal Team to provide legal advice and support to the bank's business units, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the bank's legal strategy.
