Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate engagements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop, train, and coach junior team members.
  • Assist in developing practice strategy (department growth, best practices, etc.).
  • Deliver high-quality client service.
  • Coordinate financial due diligence and provide transaction advice to validate financial and commercial assumptions.
  • Assess working capital requirements.
  • Review legal documents and agreements.
  • Identify key deal issues and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CBV) is preferred.
  • 3+ years of transactional services or restructuring experience in a service firm and 7+ years of total experience in accounting and/or finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional report writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
