Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our partner's team in their wealth management firm. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to experienced advisors and firms, ensuring the smooth operation of their investment and insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to advisors and firms, including data entry, document preparation, and communication.
  • Assist with investment and insurance operations, including client onboarding, account management, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
